Job Title: Health and Social Care End Point Assessor

Location: Home/Field based – Must be flexible with travel across the North West

Salary: £33,100

Type: x2 roles available

• x1: Full Time, Permanent (Covering Manchester, Rochdale and Liverpool)
• x1: Full Time, 6 month FTC (Covering Preston, Blackpool and Liverpool)

Essential Criteria:

• Must hold a recognised Assessor award: D32/33, A1, CAVA or TAQA.
• Have at least 3 years’ experience within Health and Social Care as a Care Manager / similar.
• Hold a recognised Level 5 qualification in Health and Social Care – for example; NVQ, LMC or RMA.
• Must be IT Literate – training will be provided on company systems.
• Must be flexible with travel.

Duties:

• As an End Point Assessor, you will be responsible for completing a range of EPA activities, both face to face and electronically, with Apprentices completing Health and Social Care Apprenticeship Standards up to Level 5.
• These EPA activities include: carrying out End Point Assessment, scheduling of EPA activities, marking, grading and regular planning meetings with candidates and employers.
• Complete all necessary administration, ensuring that all data is processed and supplied in a timely manner.
• Maintain a working knowledge of EPA, your vocational area, Apprenticeship Standards and evidence of CPD.
• Participate in standardisation and training activities.
• Provide assistance to Apprentices, Employers or Delivery Teams, assisting with queries in a timely manner.
