Your new company
Join a leading cultural institution renowned for its world-class collections and commitment to creativity and innovation. The organisation is expanding with two new venues in East London, and the People & Change Department supports this growth through strategic learning and development initiatives.

Your new role
As the Talent and Skills Advisor (Health and Safety), you'll develop and manage the annual Health and Safety training plan across multiple sites. Reporting to the Head of Talent and Skills, you'll collaborate with internal teams and external providers to ensure safe operational practices.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Designing and implementing a multi-site H&S training plan
  2. Managing training records and completion tracking
  3. Advising on the best-fit H&S training solutions
  4. Updating the H&S training matrix
  5. Supporting training administration and reporting
  6. Evaluating and improving training effectiveness

Note: This role does not involve delivering H&S training directly.

What you'll need to succeed
We're looking for someone with:

  • Proven experience as an H&S Training Advisor, ideally in construction or warehouse settings
  • Strong project management and training design skills
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal abilities
  • A proactive, organised, and resilient approach
  • Experience using MS Office 365 and internal systems for training administration
  • A commitment to continuous improvement and collaborative working

Desirable qualifications include a degree or equivalent in Learning and Development (e.g., Level 5 CIPD or ITOL) and experience managing H&S training in a museum or similar environment.
