About the Role:
As a key player in the Industrial Function, you will manage a defined scope that contributes to the safety and smooth operation of our manufacturing processes. You will be accountable for supporting the Plant Manager with a variety of tasks that ensure effective communication, meeting coordination, and administrative excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Daily Operations Support: Handle day-to-day functions for the Plant Manager, ensuring seamless operations in scheduling and communication.
  • Agenda Management: Take charge of the Plant Manager's agenda, travel arrangements, and manage all correspondence, phone calls, and internal memos.
  • Meeting Coordination: Prepare minutes of meetings, finalise presentations, and update essential documents like the plant dashboard and organisational charts.
  • Visitor Management: organise plant tours and manage the Visitors' Area to ensure a welcoming environment.
  • Administrative Duties: Maintain the Plant Manager's cost centre expenses, process orders for office supplies, and coordinate internal events, including charity initiatives and campaigns.
  • Lean Processing Application: utilise Lean Processing principles to enhance efficiency in your responsibilities.
