Health and Safety Risk Assessor (North West) – 1 Month Contract

Are you a qualified Health and Safety Risk Assessor with experience in agricultural or rural environments? We are seeking a proactive and diligent professional to join our team for a one-month contract to conduct risk assessments across the North West region. This role will include Collection point risk assessments at 150+ farms across the North west.

Position: Health and Safety Risk Assessors

Duration: 1 Month

Location: North West (Travel Required between 150+ farm locations)

Salary: Negotiable - £250 - £350 per day D.O.E

Key Responsibilities:

  • - Conduct comprehensive collection point health and safety risk assessments at over 150 farm locations.
  • - Identify potential hazards and recommend suitable control measures.
  • - Ensure all assessments are documented accurately and in accordance with current legislation and best practices.
  • - Liaise with farm owners and staff to communicate findings and implement safety improvements.
  • - Travel across the North West region to various farm sites, often in rural and remote locations.

Candidate Requirements:

  • - Proven experience in health and safety risk assessment, ideally in agriculture or rural settings.
  • - Relevant qualifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent.
  • - Strong understanding of relevant health and safety legislation.
  • - Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.
  • - Full driving license and access to a vehicle for travel.
