Job description

Proactive Personnel Ltd are currently recruiting for an experienced HSE Officer for our client based in the Stone area.

This role requires attendance in the office 5 days per week and will require some UK wide travel on occasion.

Duties (not exhaustive):

  • Report directly to the QHSE Managers in order to maintain a safe working environment
  • Work with production, project and site teams
  • Ensure risk assessments and safe systems of work are developed, monitored and embedded
  • Assist in Company Audit and Inspection plans
  • Work as part of the team to increase awareness of health and safety issues across the company
  • Encourage staff engagement.
  • Assist in investigating accidents, incidents and producing reports.
  • Promote Hazard Observation reporting

Skills / Qualifications:

  • Computer Literate. Must be MS Office proficient
  • Experience of compiling reports and converting to visual data.
  • Auditor qualification (i.e. ISO 9001, ISO14001, ISO 45001)
  • NEBOSH General Certificate (or equivalent).
  • Sound working Knowledge of CDM 2015 Regulations
  • Driving licence – willing to travel to site locations across the UK

40 hours per week.

£37,500 – £40,000
