Salary: £70,000 salary + company pension + private medical + life assurance + 25 days holiday (rising with service) + holiday buy back scheme + much more!

Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week over 5 days, Monday – Friday. Hybrid opportunities available for the right individual, minimum 4 days onsite.

• Drive CQC compliance in collaboration with governance, management, and pathology teams.
• Deliver training and monitor performance to support continuous improvement.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Laboratory Quality Manager or similar leadership role in pathology.
• IOSH or NEBOSH certification (essential).
• Strong knowledge of ISO standards including ISO 15190, ISO 22367, and ISO 15189.
• HCPC registration is desirable but not mandatory.
