Health and Safety Manager – M&E Construction at BMSL is seeking an experienced and proactive professional to lead H&S across multiple construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Health and Safety Systems: Develop, implement, and maintain H&S systems compliant with legislation and best practice. Ensure compliance with regulations. Conduct regular site audits and inspections.
2. Risk Assessment & Control: Identify and assess health and safety risks. Implement and monitor effective control measures.
3. Training & Safety Culture: Design and deliver H&S training for staff and subcontractors. Foster a strong company-wide safety culture.
4. Incident Management: Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses. Prepare reports and implement corrective actions. Maintain accurate H&S incident records.
5. Compliance & Reporting: Ensure adherence to all relevant H&S legislation. Provide regular reports to senior management and stakeholders.
6. Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate and collaborate on H&S matters with clients, subcontractors, and other parties.

Key Requirements:

• NEBOSH Diploma (or equivalent)
• Significant experience in construction H&S management, ideally with a contractor
• Strong knowledge of H&S legislation
• Excellent communication, leadership, and presentation skills
