We are looking for a Health & Safety Manager to take ownership of HSE across multiple projects and play a key role in driving safe, sustainable growth.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage H&S across diverse projects, ensuring full compliance with legislation and industry standards.
  • Support operational teams in embedding a positive safety culture throughout the organisation.
  • Develop and implement policies, risk assessments, and safe systems of work.
  • Provide training, guidance, and hands-on support to staff and contractors.
  • Act as the key point of contact for all H&S matters, reporting to senior management and influencing decision-making.
  • Contribute to the business s growth plans by aligning H&S strategies with project delivery and expansion.
The Ideal Candidate
  • Proven track record in a similar role, ideally within a manufacturing, civil engineering, or construction environments.
  • NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent Health and Safety certification
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to assess risks and implement safety procedures.
