Working closely with production teams, you will ensure all tools and machinery are safe and fully functional, while also coordinating with external HSE agencies for inspections. This role offers the autonomy to manage and develop HSE policies and procedures, ensuring they are effectively communicated throughout the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Advising on all internal health, safety, and environmental matters.
  2. Managing work–related injuries and accidents.
  3. Conducting internal health and safety inspections.
  4. Delivering necessary training.
  5. Maintaining HSE certifications as required by the municipality.
  6. Reporting key HSE metrics to support the KPI process.
  7. Implementing corrective actions for any violations or incidents.

Minimum Requirements

To be considered for this role, you should have a degree in Engineering or a Science discipline, along with a NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent. A minimum of 10 years experience in an HSE management role within manufacturing, production, or construction is essential. You must demonstrate the ability to manage comprehensive health and safety policies, with strong communication skills to effectively share HSE information across the organisation.
