Job Description:

Job Summary

This busy property developer is looking for a Health & Safety Manager to lead their HSE efforts across their ongoing projects. Leading by example, you'll be responsible for ensuring all SHE standards are continually met within the development team, that the management system, plans, and initiatives are effectively implemented, and supporting the generation of various SHE policies and procedures.

Alongside promoting a culture of health and safety across all their developments and projects, you'll be visiting sites as required to ensure standards are met and compliance is maintained.

You probably come from either a health and safety consultancy position or from a contractor on-site, and will be able to apply your skills and experience from day one.

In return, you'll have the opportunity to establish your reputation across large-scale developments in the Midlands, along with a market-leading package.
