A leading educational institution is seeking a proactive Health and Safety Manager to ensure a safe environment across multiple campuses. The role involves managing health and safety strategies, compliance, and relationship-building with various stakeholders. Ideal candidates will hold relevant qualifications and possess strong organizational skills.

Hours: 37 hours per week
Weeks: 52 weeks per year
We have an exciting new opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated Health and Safety Manager to join our Estates team across all 3 of our campuses.
You will be responsible for managing and directing the Group’s Health and Safety function, ensuring a safe, healthy and legally compliant environment for all students, staff, visitors and contractors.
The Heart of Yorkshire Education Group has three College campuses, in Wakefield, Castleford and Selby, where you will lead the teams on the development, implementation and rigorous oversight of the Group’s Health and Safety strategies, and ensuring full statutory compliance with current legislation.
You will be required to:
As a Health and Safety Manager you should be confident, well organised, and proactive with good IT skills and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
