Health, Safety & Environment Manager

Full–time 36K– 60K
Join a dynamic supply chain team as the HSE Manager, leading all health, safety, and environmental initiatives across a busy distribution centre and head office. You'll ensure legal compliance, drive a proactive safety culture, and implement strategic improvements that make a real impact.



What You'll Do

  • Lead HSE compliance and culture across multiple sites
  • Develop and maintain ISO–aligned safety systems (ISO 14001, 45001, etc.)
  • Deliver training, audits, and risk assessments
  • Investigate incidents and drive continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with teams to embed best practices
  • Stay ahead of legislation and industry standards


What You'll Bring – Needless to say, you have the technical expertise, you're experienced in the practical application of regulations, legislation, policies and procedures, to really excel in this role.
