Job summary

A leading rail contractor in the UK is looking for a Health and Safety Manager to oversee civils work on Network Rail frameworks. The ideal candidate should have a NEBOSH Construction certification and experience in managing health and safety in the rail industry. This contract position is for 3 months with the potential for extension and is based in Kent & Sussex.

Qualifications

• Experience managing health and safety for a contractor on Network Rail frameworks.
• Familiarity with civil works in the rail industry.
• Strong understanding of Health & Safety regulations and insurance legislation.

Responsibilities

• Manage health and safety on civils frameworks for Network Rail.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations.
• Oversee QA compliance.

Rate: DOE - Umbrella, Inside IR35
Location: Kent & Sussex
Duration: 3 months, potential for extension

Requirements:
·Previous experience managing health and safety for a contractor working on Network Rail frameworks
·Previous experience managing civil works in the rail industry
·Strong understanding of Health & Safety regulations, insurance legislation, and QA compliance
·Level 6 NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent industry experience
