Job description

We are pleased to have been exclusively retained by Leeds Castle to recruit a new Health and Safety Manager.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to join a historic heritage site and popular visitor attraction, set in a stunning 900-year-old Grade I castle surrounded by 900 acres of land. The role offers a varied, fulfilling, and interesting experience, with responsibilities including providing health and safety support and advice across all departments to ensure compliance with legislation and policies.

What You Will Do
  1. Support and advise staff on health and safety matters.
  2. Promote a safe working environment across the site.
  3. Collaborate with a dedicated team that embodies values of welcoming, surprising, enduring, and nurturing.
Who We're Looking For
  • Experience in a public or customer-facing environment.
