A leading recruitment firm is seeking a Health and Safety Manager to oversee health and safety protocols for both UK and international operations. They are looking for a Health and Safety manager to oversee both the UK and international arms of the business. This role has come about due to strategic growth, Within this role, you will be reporting to the Compliance Director and working very closely with the Operations Director, both Directors are approachable individuals, switched on, and easy to work with.

REQUIREMENTS
To be considered for this position it is important you have experience working on Civil Engineering projects, ideally highways but this isn’t essential. It is also preferred you come from a site background and have moved into a health & safety position, holding qualifications such as a NEBOSH in Construction. Finally, I am looking for a hard-working professional who is adaptable in their approach, somebody who is approachable and hands-on.
REWARDS AND BENEFITS
For this permanent position, we are targeting candidates looking to earn anywhere from £70,000 to £90,000 per annum however specific salary will be defined on experience and suitability. On top of this, you will have the opportunity to be treated as a name, not a number, and bring real value to the Health & Safety department, develop the department how you see fit, and start to build and grow a team.
