Health & Safety Manager

We are looking for a health and safety professional seeking your next challenge. We are seeking a dedicated Health & Safety Manager to join our team and oversee health, safety, environment, and quality compliance surrounding the sites based in London and the home counties.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement Health and Safety policies in line with industry regulations.
  2. Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
  3. Monitor compliance through regular site inspections and audits.
  4. Deliver training sessions to staff and subcontractors.
  5. Investigate incidents and establish corrective actions.
  6. Engage with residents, local authorities, and stakeholders.
  7. Maintain accurate documentation and reporting.
Requirements:
  1. NEBOSH Construction Certificate/Diploma (Desirable).
  2. Membership with IOSH or IIRSM (Desirable).
  3. Experience in social housing refurbishment projects is highly advantageous.
  4. Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 & ISO 14001 standards.
  5. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
