Health and Safety Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and improve on existing health and safety practices, while bringing in new ideas to drive continuous improvement
• Conduct regular audits, assessments, and inspections to ensure sites are adhering to regulatory compliance
• Ensure all teams throughout the business follow health and safety regulations
• Maintain relationships with key stakeholders and organisations
• Continuously evaluate health and safety conditions throughout the wider business and stay updated with industry changes

Key Requirements for this Health and Safety Manager role:

• Proven experience working in a senior health and safety capacity in a complex environment, ideally 2-3 years
• Bachelor's degree in occupational health and safety, environmental science, or a related field; Master's/Postgraduate degree preferred
• Strong knowledge of UK health and safety regulations
• Professional certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH (CMIOSH), or equivalent
• Telecoms industry knowledge is a plus

Package offered for this Health and Safety Manager role:

• Salary between £50,000 - £55,000 + package (DOE)
