Translux International operate the largest and most comprehensively equipped fleet of Luxury location facilities and technical trucks for Film and TV Production.

With 9 divisions across Europe, including Hungary, Spain and Germany we are seeking a Health and Safety Manager to become an integral part of our Legal and Compliance Team.

For the past 35 years our primary objective has remained consistent to provide our clients with the finest quality of facilities trailers and technical trucks along with the highest level of service possible, without compromising on our responsibility to operate with integrity, safety and due care.

The successful applicant must have a valid driving licence, as they will be working closely with all of our divisions, including regular visits to our divisions in Wales, Scotland and Manchester, as well as production locations.

Responsibilities Of TheHealth And Safety Managerwill Include

• Ensuring cohesive Health and Safety policies and procedures
• Engaging with our employees, to instil safe working practises and a desire to improve
• Investigating and reporting incidents and accidents, providing solutions and training to prevent recurrence
• Continuously reviewing and enhancing risk assessments, safe systems of work and method statements, annually at a minimum,
• Undertaking audits and inspections, identifying areas for improvement and reporting on the findings
• Provide training and guidance.
  
  

The SuccessfulHealth And Safety Managerwill Have

• Proven experience in a similar role.
• NEBOSH qualification or equivalent
• Excellent communications skills and ability to work well with a wide range of people
• Drive and enthusiasm with the ability to promote a positive Health and Safety culture
• Valid Driving Licence
