Job summary

A leading construction and demolition company seeks a Health and Safety Manager for their Bristol location. This permanent role offers a salary between GBP 45,000 and GBP 55,000 plus travel allowances. The ideal candidate will ensure safety across construction sites, monitor performance, and conduct risk assessments while possessing at least a NEBOSH General Certificate and a strong understanding of CDM regulations.

• Demolition experience desirable but not essential.

Shirley Parsons is exclusively partnered with a leading construction and demolition company, looking for a dedicated Project Health and Safety Manager. The ideal candidate will have demolition experience and the ability to work 5 days onsite.

The Health and Safety Manager will be responsible for:

Ensuring the responsibility of safety for all contractors, operators and members of the public on and around the construction sites

Monitor the performance of your sites in order to identify where additional support / actions are required.

Independently carry out investigations along with Root Cause analysis

Review of project construction phase plans (CPP), risk assessments and method statements (RAMS).

The Health and Safety Manager will have:

NEBOSH General Certificate at minimum

CDM knowledge and practical experience

Demolition Experience desirable but not essential

Full UK Working rights
