Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the company's health and safety functions across the site
• Drive cultural change by engaging teams and promoting safety ownership
• Develop and implement site-wide and business-wide HSE strategies
• Build strong relationships with senior leadership and staff
• Handle operational safety tasks including risk assessments, COSHH, incident investigations, and daily safety management
• Be visible and actively involved in safety throughout the location, adopting a behavioral approach
• Provide technical safety support and advice, aligning safety strategies with business objectives

What We're Looking For

• NEBOSH General Certificate
• At least 4 years of experience in a health and safety role
• Proven experience in manufacturing or a similar environment
• Environmental background is a plus
• Excellent communication and engagement skills
