We’re working with a leading UK main contractor renowned for delivering high-value, technically complex build projects across the Midlands and beyond. Due to sustained growth and a strong order book, they are now looking to appoint a Health & Safety Manager to be based in Crewton,

What You’ll Be Doing:

As Health & Safety Manager, you’ll take full responsibility for HSEQ across multiple construction projects ranging from £20m to £60m. You’ll play a key role in shaping and implementing best practice across the business, ensuring all operations comply with statutory regulations and company policies.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead on all aspects of health, safety, and environmental management across live projects
  • Develop and maintain robust site H&S procedures and documentation
  • Conduct regular audits, inspections, and investigations
  • Provide guidance and training to site teams and subcontractors
  • Liaise with the leadership team to drive a proactive safety culture

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in a main contracting environment (essential)
  • Background working on sizeable construction projects (£20m+)
  • Strong communicator with a collaborative and proactive approach
