Overview

Health & Safety Managers are sought to lead safety, compliance, and wellbeing initiatives across two high-risk, high-tech construction sites in West London and Buckinghamshire. We are recruiting for two experienced Health & Safety Managers to take lead on all safety, compliance, and wellbeing activities for the projects.

Responsibilities
  • Spearhead the health & safety strategy for a complex, multi-phase construction project.
  • Collaborate with project teams, subcontractors, and client representatives to ensure safe delivery of electrical, mechanical, and commissioning works.
  • Conduct regular site audits and inspections to drive continuous improvement and accountability.
  • Lead incident investigations and embed lessons learned into future operations.
  • Champion wellbeing on site, with a focus on mental health, fatigue management, and worker welfare.
  • Provide hands-on support and guidance to supervisors and managers, ensuring safety culture is embedded at every level.
Qualifications
  • Proven track record in managing health & safety on large-scale construction or technical fit-out projects.
  • Strong understanding of UK H&S legislation and CDM regulations.
  • Experience working with multiple subcontractors and managing high-risk activities.
  • NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent (or NEBOSH Certificate with relevant experience).
  • IOSH membership (GradIOSH or Chartered preferred).
  • Confident communicator with leadership skills and the ability to influence across all levels.
