Job Title: Health and Safety Manager

Location: Bradford

Salary: £35,000 to £45,000 (Flexible DOE) + Holidays + Contributory Pension + Company Events + On-Site Parking + Smart Casual Dress + Use of Pool Vehicle

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 07:00 to 16:00 or 08:00 to 17:00

Role Summary

The successful candidate will be an experienced Health and Safety Manager or Officer, comfortable working independently. Experience within the construction sector and holding a NEBOSH certificate (or equivalent) are required.

Key Responsibilities

1. Overseeing all aspects of Health and Safety.
2. Conducting audits on-site and in-office.
3. Carrying out inductions and ongoing H&S training.
4. Traveling to sites approximately once a week.
5. Managing PPE provisions.
6. Developing and maintaining H&S strategies and policies.
7. Documenting risk assessments.
8. Collaborating with the engineering team to ensure safety compliance and training.

Candidate Requirements

• Experienced H&S professional with construction industry experience.
• NEBOSH (or equivalent) certification.
• Understanding of LOLER regulations or equivalent.
