Health and Safety Lead Construction Midlands / North
Salary: £80-85k + Package
Duration: 12 month FTC
Start: ASAP

Are you an experienced Health and Safety professional who thrives on making a real impact? We are working with a well-renowned Construction company who are looking for a Health and Safety Lead to support their business for a 12 month FTC covering their Midlands and North regions.
This is a fantastic opportunity to drive meaningful change and support a busy operational environment with a strong focus on collaborative health and safety improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Attend monthly leadership meetings
  2. Work closely with on-site teams to positively influence H&S culture
  3. Undertake operational site visits with the operational health and safety team
  4. Responsible for a team of operational Health and Safety Advisors
  5. Continued improvements and influencing of organisational health and safety culture
  6. Continual movement of health and safety strategy and management system across the business
What We’re Looking For:
  1. NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent as a minimum
  2. Proven experience in a similar H&S leadership role within the Construction sector
  3. Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach
  4. Have experience managing a team of direct reports
  5. Be flexible to travel within a large regional role
  6. Ability to engage teams at all levels and lead by example
