The Opportunity

Sunday - Thursday (Nights) 9pm - 5:30am

As our SHE Coordinator, you'll play a key role in supporting the SHE Manager to drive safety, health, and environmental standards across our site. Your responsibilities include auditing, reporting, training support, and emergency planning, making your role varied, engaging, and crucial to our success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning, implementing, and auditing HSE activities
• Provide guidance on safe practices and legal compliance
• Support training initiatives, develop SOPs, and coordinate audits
• Track and complete actions for site HSE plans
• Liaise with contractors, training providers, and external stakeholders
• Promote energy efficiency and environmental best practices

The Ideal Candidate

We value collaboration and diverse perspectives. The ideal candidate will have:

• NEBOSH National General Certificate (essential or working towards it)
• Experience in HSE roles, preferably in food manufacturing or FMCG
• Confidence working independently on night shifts
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence at all levels
• Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Desirable: Knowledge of ISO14001, environmental permitting, or packaging regulations
