Millennium Hotels - Health, Safety and Environmental Administrator/Coordinator

Millennium Hotels are seeking a Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) Administrator/Coordinator. As an HSE Coordinator, you will provide professional advice and support on Safety, Health, and Environmental issues, assisting the SSHE Manager to promote a positive, responsive, and legally compliant HSE culture in line with company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:
  • Raising awareness of HSE issues
  • Monitoring compliance with HSE policies
  • Conducting inspections and audits across departments
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to develop a positive H&S culture
  • Maintaining online accident and incident reporting systems, as well as the e-learning system
  • Acting as the primary contact for your designated cluster of hotels regarding security events or issues, ensuring security measures are maintained
  • Supporting the development and testing of emergency and crisis arrangements for your hotels
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Good understanding of HSE issues and legislation
  • Effective communication skills to interact professionally at all levels
  • Ability to manage projects from conception to implementation with limited supervision
  • Persistence in task completion
  • Possession of a NEBOSH or IOSH qualification is advantageous
