HSE Administrator – 6-Month Temporary Contract

Salary: Up to £35,000 for the right candidate

Elevation Recruitment are currently working with a fantastic manufacturing business who are looking for an HSE Administrator to join the team in Doncaster on a temporary 6-month basis due to an increase in workload.

About the Role:

As HSE Administrator, you will support the HSE team by ensuring documentation, reporting, and compliance processes are maintained to a high standard. This role is crucial in helping the team meet regulatory and internal safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update HSE documentation, reports, and records
  • Support audits and inspections by preparing relevant materials
  • Monitor incident reports and follow up on corrective actions
  • Ensure processes are followed accurately and consistently
  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure compliance
  • Draft and proof internal communications and documentation

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong written communication and excellent attention to detail
  • Proven ability to follow and support structured processes
  • Previous experience in an HSE or administrative role but not essential
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with a methodical approach
  • Committed to completing the full 6-month contract
  • Available to start immediately
