We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional to support our Group SHE Manager in driving excellence across the Brett Group’s SHEQ management system (QHEST). In this pivotal role, you will ensure QHEST remains compliant with key management standards and evolving legal requirements, while championing its continual improvement.
You will take ownership of managing the Group audit process, ensuring robust assurance of the system and its effective application across the business. Acting as the central point of contact, you will work closely with Brett employees, external certification bodies, and other stakeholders on all matters relating to QHEST — from system updates and internal audits to external reviews and ongoing enhancements.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong organisational skills, a collaborative approach, and a passion for maintaining high standards in safety, health, environment, and quality management.
This role will be based on-site at our Canterbury head office.
