Responsibilities:

• Lead on carrying out Health & Safety contractual service visits, providing documentation and advice as required.
• Build strong relationships with clients and deliver a high-quality, cost-effective consultancy service.
• Conduct yourself in a professional manner, ensuring compliance with company and departmental policies.
• Visit clients and provide an in-person experience to support and advise where necessary.
• Investigate incidents, accidents, and recommend preventative measures.
• Undertake health and safety visits to client’s premises as per departmental protocols.
• Submit relevant reports or documents in accordance with client demands.
• Advise clients on Health and Safety Management systems and best practices.
• Manage time effectively to provide efficient service to clients.
• Attend company meetings and courses to maintain professional skills.
• Maintain cleanliness and security of your company vehicle.
• Support clients through effective crisis management as required.

Qualifications:

• Comprehensive knowledge of Health and Safety rules and regulations.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Confident in providing practical solutions related to H&S.
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
• Flexible and adaptable to ongoing changes.
