You will lead health & safety contractual service visits, provide documentation, advice, and assistance as needed. The role requires a high level of technical knowledge and experience, with the ability to build strong client relationships and deliver high-quality, cost-effective consultancy services.

Ideally, you will be educated to degree/diploma level at GradIOSH or CMIOSH level.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Conduct yourself professionally in appearance, PPE use, communication, etc., complying with company and departmental policies.
• Visit clients in person to support and advise as needed.
• Investigate incidents and accidents, recommending preventative measures.
• Perform health and safety visits to client premises according to protocols and contract requirements.
• Submit reports and relevant documents as per client and departmental standards.
• Advise clients on health and safety management systems and technical documents.
• Act as the client's personal H&S lead to streamline processes and queries.
• Advise on health and safety standards and best practices affecting their business.
• Manage time effectively to provide efficient service.
• Attend meetings, courses, and training to maintain professional skills.
• Maintain the company vehicle appropriately.
• Support clients through crisis management when required.
