Job Description:

The Junior CDM / Health & Safety Consultant role is for someone early in their health and safety career, with some construction-focused health and safety experience, looking to develop their knowledge in a supportive and dynamic team environment. You will join a team of 10 Health, Safety & CDM professionals working on projects such as office fitouts, new builds, and maintenance at key landmarks across the capital and regions. You will have the opportunity to work with clients across sectors including tech, finance, government, healthcare, industrial, logistics, sporting arenas, and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver health and safety advice to internal stakeholders & clients
• Support delivery of the CDM Principal Designer role
• Advise clients on responsibilities related to construction works
• Undertake health and safety audits on construction sites and client facilities

Person Specification:

• Hold a NEBOSH Certificate or equivalent; ideally a member of IOSH
• Strong communication skills for engaging with diverse stakeholders
• Drive, enthusiasm, and willingness to learn and grow in the role
