Based in Belfast, this role focuses on ensuring all documentation, inspections, and procedures are maintained to the highest standard.

    Role Overview

    This position is ideal for a detail-oriented health and safety professional with experience in compliance and documentation. You’ll play a crucial role in supporting the global operations team by reviewing, managing, and ensuring consistency in health and safety paperwork, risk assessments, and legal requirements across multiple international sites.

    Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure all health and safety records, inspections, and documentation are accurate and up to date

  • Review and audit site-specific paperwork from global locations

  • Monitor compliance with local and international health and safety regulations

  • Maintain a central system of reports, training records, and risk assessments

  • Liaise with site managers to follow up on outstanding actions and documentation gaps

  • Provide guidance on best practices and regulatory updates

  • Support the wider team during audits and internal reviews

  • Requirements

  • Recognised Health & Safety qualification (e.g. NEBOSH, IOSH)

  • Experience in health and safety compliance, particularly in facilities or property management

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and reporting

  • Excellent communication and organisational skills

  • Confident in working with remote teams and managing global documentation

  • Proficient in MS Office and H&S management systems
