We are recruiting a QEHS Manager with behavioural safety and London Underground/Network Rail/Rail standards experience for our Asset Management business. Based near Canning Town, this role requires flexibility, including one week of night shifts per month.

Key Requirements:

  • Promote a positive QEHS culture among stakeholders and employees.
  • Knowledge of Behavioural Based Safety Practices.
  • Experience in fire maintenance environments is preferred.
  • Extensive Rail knowledge: London Underground, London Overground, Crossrail/Elizabeth Line, or Network Rail.
  • Recognised Health and Safety qualification, e.g., NEBOSH General or equivalent.
  • Experience developing relationships with internal stakeholders, clients, and suppliers.
  • Internal auditing experience.
  • Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop fire safety policies, procedures, and practices.
  • Plan, implement, monitor, and review safety measures based on hazard analysis and risk assessments.
  • Outline safe operating procedures considering hazards and conducting risk assessments (fire detection/suppression).
  • Deliver and monitor QEHS Fire KPIs.

Candidate Profile:

Previous QEHS Manager experience, behavioural safety knowledge, and London Underground and/or Network Rail/Rail industry experience are essential.
