We are currently recruiting for a QEHS Manager, with behavioural safety and London Underground/Network Rail/ Rail standards experience, to join the Asset Management side of our business. Based from our office near Canning Town, this role requires flexibility as working 1 week a month of nights will be a requirement for this role.


QEHS Manager Key Requirements:



  • Promote a positive QEHS culture to stakeholders and employees.

  • Knowledge and experience of Behavioural Based Safety Practices

  • Ideally have previous experience of working in a fire maintenance environment

  • Must have extensive Rail knowledge; London Underground, London Overground, Crossrail/Elizabeth Line or Network Rail

  • Hold a recognised industry Health and Safety qualification, e.g. NEBOSH General or equivalent

  • Experience of developing working relationships with internal stakeholders, clients and suppliers - essential

  • Previous internal auditing experience

  • Have a full UK driving licence


What you’ll do:



  • Review and develop fire safety related policies, procedures, and practices.

  • Help to plan, implement, monitor and review the protective and preventative measures that are identified by the hazard analysis and risk assessment process for our Fire maintenance contract.

  • Outline safe operating procedures, which identify and take account of all relevant hazards, and conducting suitable and sufficient risk assessments, ensuring Control measures are effective (fire detection/fire suppression)

  • Deliver and drive the agreed QEHS Fire Key Performance Indicators.
