Job summary

Daniel Owen Ltd in East London is seeking a Health and Safety Business Partner to lead H&S across designated sites and drive improvements in a fast-paced multi-site environment.

You will provide practical guidance on UK H&S legislation, lead audits and incident investigations, and promote a proactive safety culture across all sites. A NEBOSH certificate and strong stakeholder engagement are essential.

Qualifications

• NEBOSH General Certificate (minimum).
• Experience in H&S within property maintenance, construction or FM.
• Strong knowledge of UK H&S legislation.
• Confident influencing and challenging stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience working across a fast-paced, multi-site environment.
• IOSH Grad IOSH/CMIOSH desirable.
• ISO 45001 experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead Health & Safety contact across designated sites/projects.

• Support contractor compliance, onboarding and competence checks.
• Liaise with the HSE, Local Authorities and Fire & Rescue Services as needed.
• Support ISO 45001 and wider H&S management systems.
