Job Description:

Express Recruitment is representing one of the East Midlands’ leading property services businesses, which is experiencing continued success and major expansion plans. They are seeking to recruit a competent Health and Safety Advisor with strong knowledge to join their team.

The successful candidate will provide field-based health and safety support to clients across various sectors.

In return, the client offers a starting salary of up to £35,000 D.O.E., plus benefits, with excellent opportunities for skill development and career progression.

Responsibilities include:
  • Supporting clients to ensure safe and compliant working practices
  • Providing health and safety support to employees outside the department
  • Conducting audits and reviews, and suggesting improvements
  • Managing health and safety processes for on-site contractors
  • Identifying risks and managing incident reporting
  • Maintaining cloud-based platforms for accident reporting
Skills & Experience:
  • Experience in a similar health and safety role
  • NEBOSH qualified with a CertIOSH qualification
  • IT literate
  • Full UK driving license
  • Proven ability to implement processes
