HSE Advisor

Location: Nottingham

Salary: 30-35k

Holidays: 26 days holiday + Bank Holidays

Kirkland Associates are seeking an organised and motivated individual experienced within a manufacturing environment to join our client's team as HSE Advisor. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all H&S, Environmental & Quality policies & procedures.

The role includes:

1. Supporting the QHSE Manager to implement all HSE Management Systems
2. Conducting internal audits for HSE processes
3. Completing H&S, CoSHH, and Environmental risk assessments
4. Providing customer support for Quality related issues
5. Supplying the HSE Manager with weekly Quality Metric data to support KPI's

The candidate should have:

1. A degree in Engineering or related field
2. Previous experience working in a manufacturing environment
3. Knowledge of ISO45001 & ISO9001 standards
4. IoSH Managing Safely certification
5. Experience with root-cause analysis and corrective actions
6. Experience with risk assessments and internal audits
