Overview

Health and Safety Advisor. You will need to be based commutable to Birmingham. This role will include travel across the UK due to the nature of the projects. Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 (D.O.E) + Company Bonus + Pension + Training & Development.

They are looking for a Health and Safety Advisor to join the team who will have a key role in ongoing projects. This role would suit a Health and Safety Advisor from a Construction or Demolition background seeking a challenging but rewarding role.

The Role

• Support and lead health & safety across all projects, ensuring top priority on compliance, risk management, and safe delivery.
• Advise leadership and site teams, conduct audits, risk assessments, and drive continuous safety improvements.
• Be a key safety ambassador – engage with clients, manage incidents, and champion a strong safety culture company-wide.

The Person

• Strong proven experience in Health and Safety; this can be within Construction, but knowledge of demolition would be a distinct advantage.
• Ideally hold NVQ 6 in Occupational Health and Safety or NEBOSH Diploma, CMIOSH or be working towards, and a CSCS Card.
• Looking to join a company with an excellent reputation.
