What Can You Expect in This Role?
  • Support and implement the Health and Safety plan for the Wells site, embedding a proactive safety culture across all levels.
  • Ensure compliance with UK health, safety, and environmental regulations, driving best practices across site operations.
  • Conduct audits, risk assessments, and COSHH evaluations to maintain a safe and compliant workplace.
  • Lead HSE training, provide coaching to line managers, and deliver robust accident investigations with sustainable corrective actions.
