Health and Safety Advisor

Key Responsibilities

  • To provide Health, Safety, & Wellbeing (HSW) advice, guidance, coaching, and support to Project Teams
  • Build open, collaborative environments that drive a culture of wellbeing and safety
  • Conduct HSW site visits, which could be inspections, advisory visits, or engagement visits
  • Deliver inspiring training sessions – from orientation to on-site briefings
  • Measure impact and drive continuous improvement across projects
  • Share best practices and support innovation across the alliance

Essential
