Job summary

Wallace Hind Selection is seeking a Health and Safety Advisor based in Northamptonshire, supporting sites across the Home Counties within a 40 mile radius. You will conduct site audits, advise on high-risk operations and liaise with stakeholders to drive safe, compliant practices.

The role requires NEBOSH accreditation and CSCS card; a construction or civils background is preferable. Travel between sites from the Northamptonshire office is expected.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Based at the office, in Northamptonshire, travelling between construction sites across Northamptonshire and the Home Counties, (40 mile radius of Northampton) as the Health and Safety Advisor you will provide hands on safety support across all sites. You will conduct site audits, provide guidance on high risk operations (deep drainage, heavy plant movement etc), investigate onsite incidents and accidents, liaise with internal and external stakeholders on all health and safety matters across the business.

A construction or civils background would be preferable.
