You’ll join a collaborative Corporate Health & Safety team with strong expertise and shared learning - where development, progression and professional support are genuinely prioritised.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Provide clear, practical H&S advice to managers and frontline teams.
  • Support incident reporting and investigations, ensuring learning and improvement.
  • Deliver and assist with training and awareness sessions across core safety topics.
  • Carry out audits and monitoring of health & safety controls.
  • Help maintain and improve the organisation’s Health & Safety Management System.
  • Build strong working relationships that promote positive, safe behaviours.
What We’re Looking For
  • Previous experience in a Health & Safety Advisor / Officer role ideally in a multi-site or housing environment
  • NEBOSH General Certificate (essential) and ideally Tech IOSH membership
  • Good understanding of core H&S legislation and practical application
  • Confident communicator - able to explain safety clearly and positively
  • A proactive, supportive approach and willingness to learn and progress
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
