Health and Safety Advisor
London | Circa £55,000 + Car Allowance & Benefits

Are you passionate about making a real impact on health and safety within Construction? This is your opportunity to join a leading property maintenance and building services organisation which turns over circa £400m. This role will work on a range of bespoke projects across London.

We are partnering with an industry leader dedicated to delivering excellence across the region. With ambitious growth plans and a strong commitment to health and safety, this role is perfect for someone looking to shape their career while fostering safer work environments.

Responsibilities for the Health and Safety Advisor will include:

1. Implementing health and safety policies and procedures on site, ensuring compliance and keeping updated with key changes to legislation.
2. Visiting site and engaging with key stakeholders, ensuring responsibilities are clear and answering technical Health and Safety related inquiries.
3. Conducting audits, inspections, and accident investigations. Constantly seeking areas for improvement and development in health and safety performance.

The successful Health and Safety Advisor will have:

1. Experience in a similar role ideally within construction, property services or building maintenance.
2. Hold a NEBOSH General and ideally working towards NEBOSH Diploma.
3. Great organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
4. Good communication skills with the ability to communicate with a broad range of stakeholders.
5. UK Driver's licence is essential.
