Daniel Owen are proud to be representing a social housing company in the North West London area who are looking for a Health and Safety Advisor to join their team on a permanent basis to maintain a safe, compliant, and supportive environment for our employees, contractors, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct risk assessments and safety audits across various sites to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with health and safety legislation.
  • Provide advice and guidance on health and safety best practices and legal requirements.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor health and safety policies and procedures to ensure they meet current regulations.
  • Investigate accidents and incidents, ensuring that root causes are identified, and corrective actions are taken.
  • Deliver health and safety training programs to staff and contractors.

Key Knowledge:

  • Construction industry knowledge
  • Social housing/Local authority background
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar health and safety role.
  • NEBOSH Certificate
