Health & Safety Advisor RC Frame/Gwks 45k London
About the Client: My client is a growing specialist civils subcontractor, specialising in complex RC Frame/Groundworks packages across London and the Southeast. They have a current turnover of almost 40m and work on projects valued up to 8m. They have experienced year-on-year growth and have implemented new structures to support their expansion.
About the Role: As you develop in your role, you will help promote a culture where safety, health, and environmental considerations are integrated into everyday processes. Reporting to the SH&E Director, you will be actively engaged with all levels of management and at all stages of the construction process, from pre–construction through to completion of works.
Your routine will include monitoring workplaces and investigating incidents, applying a 'management' approach to problem-solving, and enhancing the SH&E management skills of the workforce.
About the Requirements: You must hold a safety qualification (NEBOSH, Degree, or Diploma) and have at least 2 years of health & safety site experience, ideally with RC Frames but not essential. You must be able to work independently and be a strong communicator. The requirements include:
