ALH Recruitment are looking to recruit a Health and Safety Advisor with immediate effect for our leading client based close to Navenby, in Lincolnshire.
Health and Safety Advisor:
Our client is currently seeking a proactive and detail–oriented Health and Safety Assistant to support our Safety, Health, Environmental and Quality (SHEQ) Department in promoting a safe and healthy working environment across all departments. The successful candidate will assist in monitoring compliance, conducting risk assessments, maintaining records, and supporting training initiatives to ensure the well–being of all staff, contractors, and visitors.
You will be working closely with our senior management teams on the implementation of best practice health, safety and environment policies and processes, liaising with clients, sub–contractors and field–based teams, and monitoring activities to ensure compliance of all health and safety polices, procedures and regulations.
Main Duties:
Conduct Routine Inspections
Assist with Risk Assessments
Incident Reporting and Investigation
Maintain Health and Safety Records
Support Training and Inductions
Promote Safety Awareness
Assist in Policy and Procedure Updates
Support Compliance Audits & Inspections
Liaise with Staff and Contractors
Stay Informed on Legal Requirements
