Health and Safety Advisor - Harlow - Up to 45,000

A well-established, family-run business in the drainage, groundworks, and plumbing sector is looking for a Health and Safety Advisor to join our growing team in Harlow. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your career in a supportive, close-knit environment.

About the Role

We need someone with site experience as this role involves visiting sites, conducting inspections, audits, delivering toolbox talks, and safety training.

As a Health and Safety Advisor, you'll ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a strong safety culture across all teams. The role is office-based but requires frequent travel to sites across London.

You'll also have the opportunity to train as an in-house training manager, helping to deliver industry-specific courses internally.
