Job summary

Vantage Consulting is seeking a proactive Health, Safety and Environment Advisor to join the Projects team in Stafford with occasional travel to UK sites. You will support safe working practices, regulatory compliance and quality standards across substation projects, helping to develop HSE&Q capabilities within power, utilities, construction or engineering sectors.

The role covers site inspections, RAMS reviews, incident investigations and environmental controls, with a focus on ISO management

Qualifications

• Requires NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent health and safety qualification.
• Experience in HSE, Health & Safety or SHEQ advisory roles.
• Understanding of risk assessments, site inspections and health and safety legislation.
• Good communication, organisational and report-writing skills.
• Proactive approach, with the ability to raise concerns and work with site teams.
• Willingness to travel to sites across the UK.

Responsibilities
