The Portfolio Group Inc. is seeking a Health & Safety Advisor to conduct client evaluations, identify risks, and provide clear recommendations. You will work across a broad geographic area with a mix of business owners in diverse sectors, blending technical health & safety expertise with a commercial mindset.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with owners are essential. The role offers an attractive OTE and career development within a growing consultancy.

Qualifications

• NEBOSH General Certificate or H&S Level 3 Certificate.
• Experience in a Health & Safety role.
• Excellent communication skills both written & verbal.
• Ability to engage with business owners and assess their needs.
• Professionalism & adaptability in various work environments.

Responsibilities

• Prepare for and conduct health & safety evaluations for clients based on findings.
• Complete evaluation reports highlighting risks and recommendations for mitigations.
• Cover a defined geographical area, meeting with business owners across sectors.

As the Health & Safety Advisor, you will be required to complete an evaluation report for the Client based on their findings, highlighting any risks and making recommendations. The role requires a mix of commercial and technical skills.

The Consultant must be technically strong with good Health & Safety knowledge, but also have the commercial presence to engage with business owners and make recommendations to help them protect their business.

You will be required to prepare for and conduct an evaluation for clients, based upon your findings, highlighting any risks and making recommendations.

Covering an agreed geographical area, meeting with a wide variety of different business owners, in a wide variety of industry sectors.
