We’re partnering with a leading main contractor known for delivering high-value build projects across the Midlands and wider UK. With projects typically ranging from £20m to £60m, they have a reputation for technical excellence, innovation, and safety.

Due to continued growth, they’re now looking to appoint a Health & Safety Advisor to support their operational teams on-site in Crewton, Derby and surrounding areas.

The Role:

As a Health & Safety Advisor, you’ll be embedded within the construction delivery team, ensuring health, safety, and environmental standards are consistently met and improved upon. Responsibilities:

  • Carry out audits, inspections, and toolbox talks
  • Ensure site teams and subcontractors comply with company HSEQ standards
  • Support incident investigations and produce detailed reports
  • Contribute to the development of a positive safety culture on-site

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience in a main contracting environment (essential)
  • Background working on complex construction projects (£20m+)
  • A strong communicator with a proactive and collaborative approach
